We collect and store no data about you. Two passive, technical operations nonetheless remain:

Hosting logs — our host automatically records technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) for as long as needed for security and content delivery. We do not access them for tracking purposes.

Email — if you choose to write to us, we process your address and message solely to reply to you.

We process no data on our own initiative. Hosting logs rest on our legitimate interest in providing a secure, functional site; the handling of your emails, on our legitimate interest in answering your requests.

We store no personal data. The site is hosted on the infrastructure of Vercel Inc. (United States) and delivered through its global network; only transient technical logs (including the IP address) may be processed there for security and content delivery.

These operations are covered by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification). Your data is neither sold nor shared for commercial purposes.

We keep no browsing data. Technical logs are retained for a limited period by the host; emails for as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted or archived.

Even though we hold almost no data, the GDPR guarantees you the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to info@scraboudja.be.
